National Chemical Engineering Symposium (NACES) is an annual national level event organised by Chemical Engineering Student Society of Malaysian Universities in collaboration with Faculty of Chemical Engineering of its respected university. NACES is a friendly competition where students battle it out and use the knowledge they have learned to become winner in participated competition.

This year NACES will be organised by Institution of Chemical Engineering Student Chapter (IChemE- SC) UiTM Shah Alam and supported by Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) and will be held at Institute of Leadership and Development (ILD) UiTM. This year NACES consists of 6 categories of competition namely Technical Case Study Competition, Plant Design Competition, Technical Essay Writing, Technical Power Point Presentation and Technical Video Competition. Such an event would certainly not last for only one day. NACES 2017 is a three-day event and undergoes 6 technical competitions simultaneously.
